whether an assessee carrying manufacturing business, having a manufacturing unit, required to conduct TAX AUDIT?
the assessee is not a company and its turnover doesnot exceed Rs 1 crore in AY 13-14 and the net profit also doesnt exceed 8%.
my query is whether the assessee falls within the meaning and definition of eligible assessee doing eligible business?
