sec 80C invetment-can anybody suggest

can anybody suggest me the best investment plan to get a deduction u/s 80c.most of the investment plans have a long lock-in period,can anybody suggest an investment plan with a short lock-in period

please help me out.

hi, invest in LIC it will be useful for ur life & u can claim deduction under section 80 C

Investment in Tax Saving Units of Mutual funds have 3 year lock in period. This is the only scheme with lesser lock in period and deduction U/s.80C

In case a person is having children then he can claim tax exemption on the tution fees paid in school.

One can avail exemption in Fixed deposits maturable in period of 5 years.

Amount paid as a contribution by an employee to a recognised provident fund or an approved superannuation fund.

Any amount paid as subscription in National saving certificate(VI and VII Issues) :)
