Hi,

Which module of SAP is more advisable for Chratered Accountant with over 7.5 years of exp?

FI or CO?, Can anyone please share the insight.

I am Chartered Accountant qualified for more than 8 years now and was workinng with in Oil & Gas Industry as project accountant for more than 6 years.

However, I took a break last year  for perosnhal reasons and now searching for the right opportunity again.I was working on SAP platform and quite oftenly I aome across the opportunities where they ask for experience in SAP end to end implementation.

So I am considering the possibility of exploring further in this direction and doing the SAP certification course in SAP FI or CO module.

Please advise if it will be an value addition for me and which particular module to go for?

Thanks in advance.

you must be any way using FICO module when you were working and i think that is only required for CAs then why you are going for coaching??

Hi Hemant, To have a career as SAP consultant, every SAP consultant is expected to have the functional knowledge of the domain that they are into. Similarly those implementing FICO moudle are also expected to posseess knowledge related to accounts and finance. And here is where CAs get the edge over other consultants in FICO module.
