Rude Behaviour with CA students

KINDLY POST UR QUERRY TO ICAI ON E- SAHAYATA. THEY WUD SOLVE UR QUERRY WITH IN 48 HOURS. IF ANY DISCRIPENCY UR PROBLEM WUD SOLVE BY ICAI HEAD PRESIDENT

Ya I have experienced the same in some cases too.

But not all persons are same there. Some are very helpful.

& also e - sahayata now is the best option to solve any query. Problem resolved within 2-3 days & u don't have to visit intitute for small things.

Ya i am too experienced such instances many time in Institute. they work like a Government office..

ICAI need to consider professionalism in its premises too..

Recently for the past few examinations I have tried to draw the attention of SIRC authorities in Chennai about the location of Examination Halls for Students residing in Anna Nagar and adjoining areas.. They have to travel a long distance especially during the month of November. 

I once directly confronted an SIRC official about the issue and he could not come with a proper excuse. 

instead of crying and talking about it here, we should discuss with the institute how to solve this problem. Some suggestions are 

arrange more helpful signboards.

Update the noticeboards with the info that the staff is aware of

OR

encourage the staff to post notices at their workplace.
