Hi,
Recently we have paid Rs. 20 Lakhs as ROC fees for Increasing authorised share capital. Can it be allowed as deduction under Income tax Act ?

Hello Dashrath Maheshwari as you advised that the roc fee for issue of additional shares i.e authorised capital can be set off in next 5 year, can you pl mail some case law to support this view ? vibcondelhi @ indiatimes.com
