Reverse Charge under IGST ACT
the basic idea behind introducing simplified registration for service provider of non taxable terrirory to NTOR (forward charge ) is to avoid asking consumers like us to take registration and pay tax on reverse charge .
so bro to my knowledge of reading NTOR wil cover cases of unregistered persons
