I want to apply for revaluation.
Plz tell me the procedure,to whom the letter shoud be send? dd amont?
address where application should be sent? and other imp details.

this file will solve your all querie's
but dont forget that this is performa only and you have to sent a handwritten application to icai with a 100/- rupee draft for each subject and 400 maximum

address it to the noida office(where you sent the exam form)
last date : 1 month from the date of result
