Do you have form 16?

Or just form 16A?

Yes sir Having form 16 but it's manually prepared not by TRACES
file ITR 1.

In that manual form 16, they have mentioned professional tax deducted or TDS deducted?

If you are "contract " teacher and they have deducted tds u/s 194J how can they deduct profession tax?

Yes Mr. Khan....... you can bifurcate income in similar manner, but better to file ITR 4 & declare professional income under  sec. 44ADA.......

Such type of contract employees would issue From 16 A so that easily verified in 26 As. tax deducted under 194 J .
dhiraj sir... what happen if itr 1 is filed?
There is no employer - employee relations (legal status) and won't be taxed under head salary .

Query over TDS u/s. 194J !!!

Simple, Please log on to income tax site And check they have filed a return in 94j or 92b. Accordingly file your return.
If they not file any return you please file your return as per certificate received from employer.

Sir,

Only Interest Income is there Can we file ITR-1

Keshav
