04 December 2014Do the resolution passed by Corporate Social responsibilty Commitee need to be filed with ROC under any section of Co. Act,2013 ?
As far as I know, there is no need to file any resolution.
Can anyone confirm the same or if theres any resoltion to be filed, please tell.

Not required to be filed.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
