Resignation from director proof

Hi,

I was a director of the company about 10 years back. Now I am not a director But recentlt I asked Company Secretary for formal proof that i have resigned from that company he said they had filled Form 32 manually and It is not available with him.

My name is not listed in the Director of the said Company in MCA site, is this sufficient proof in court of Law.
