Reset efiling password

i have tried resend activation link also. but there also it is asking for password. password is forgotten. i can neither register afresh nor activate the pan already registered without password. please let me know is there any other solution to get PAN activated in efiling portal

i m not sure but  you may try forget password option by answering secret question

forgot password option does not work as the pan will not be activated and registration is not possible as pan has been registered.. even im facing the same problem with one of the client .. he has registered but does not remember the password entered while registering.... any help guys!!

hey ,

the only option to get the activation link is that send a mail to validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in with the fiollwing details

name of the pan holder,  date of birth,  fathers name ,  pan number,  pan card address and contact number. 

on verification the activation link will be sent to ur mail id.
