Removal of single name from company

Hello members, The was one Private Ltd company in 2009 whose business operations was closed next year itself due to heavy losses. There were 3 directors of the company, one of them wants to get his name removed from the company lisitng, other 2 person is not contactable now. What can be done. Thanx
