I have cleared PE 2 IN 2008
I had moved out of India n I have lost all my documents
How can I get my Pe2 marksheet again and don't have my registration number
How can I get it
And can I be eligible for final exams

Yes. You should write a letter to ICAI in this regard, they'll issue another marksheet or provide details.
For final you've to revalidate your registration.
You should either pay a visit to ICAI or maybe call at its helpine number.
You'll be eligible for May 18 & onwards.
