provisional registration number will be alloted to all existing registered taxpayers or it will be alloted only to those who have migrated to gst.

Provisional registration numbers along with passwords have been allotted to all the existing taxpayers FOR MIGRATION TO GST.

If registered person under existing law fail to migrate, it seems he won't be allotted provisional registration certificate in GST REG 25
