And, what is the diff. between with articles and without articles. Is it necessary to get registered with articles

Yes, If U Cleared IPCC 1st Grp Minimum.......
With Article U have To Register : Rs. 10000/-

Then i'll have to Rs.12,000/- as i've not paid at the time of IPCC or Rs. 10,000/-
