But it doesn't clear how to insert a sheet as payable (2), payable (3)........
I need to insert sheet in ER-4 but not clear to me how it can be done.

You can fill payable(1) correctly and then click to "add row"

Dear Sir, You can down load the xml format from ACES. You can fill the first row and click 'add row" automatically payable-2 will be added. you can add another row, payable-3 added in your file automatiocally

Dear Mr. Ananthakumar Palanisamy Junior Officer - Central Excise
This is a utility developed by (NIC) Govt. of India. It is programmed in VBA if you use the button Add Row, it is programmed to insert a new Sheet. It is linked with programme, Ite report are linked. But you can't insert a sheet manually, it can't be linked with other data.

BUT THERE IS NO OPTION OF ADD ROW IN ER-4 SHEET NAMED MAJOR RAW MATERIAL(1).

Bank realisation certificate is the voucher, which is issued by your banker after getting payment credit in your account, which contains data of shipping bill, export invoice and TR with value in foreign exchange, its supplimentary document to establish the facts for export placed genuine.
