Refund Reissue Request problem on E-filing portal

I too had same issue "no refund failure to raise refund reissue service request" due to delayed portal update. Do anyone sort out from this ? Share your experience Thanks for response

I Raised the grievance and got refund with in 2 week

My friend had this issue. Intimation recd as Return processed on 21/7/2022 with Refund failed status. But the status of Processing was blank in portal and hence could not raise Refund Reissue. Then after 15 days, the status showed as Completed in IT portal and today Refund Reissue raised successfully after revalidating Bank account 

I am also facing the same issue. I raised Grievance but got generic reply. Its been more than 15 days now. I do not know what action to be taken further.
