Refund Not Recieved

Dear Sir,

I have filied my Income Tax Return claiming a(TDS deduction) refund of Rs.18025 on 30.07.2010 for the Financial Year 2009-10 i.e, Assessment Year 2010-11.

I have still not recieved the refund. I have the acknowledge ment no. of my return which was submitted manually at the ITO Delhi. What shall I do now, please guide.
