CA Articleship transfer going to be banned
i heard that ca articleship transfer is going to be banned. is it true.........

yes its absolutely true..they hve banned it bcause ppl were making too many transfers..
not at all as no offcial declaration has came yet..
but it is heard that it may be banned very shortly..m not sure it might be a romour..
i have also heard this but is notification is made by ICAI n if not from when it'll going to apply? waiting for reply
No..I dnt think so...In the SICASA convention held at cochn, Mr.Jaydeep.N.Shah said that transfer is restricted during the first 6months and last 1 year of articleship training.......I dont knw whether its passed or not....

its only a proposal made to ICAI but chances of approval are very high so as to prevent dummy articleship.
it is true. I confirmed it yesterday from one of the members of the institute. The proposal is in process and the decision on it shall come by April.
Obiously this is rumour created by some C.A. for the purpose of stressed upon ICAI students. And never to becoming happen in future.

but the transfer within d same city without solid reason will not be allowed in d near future.
So that means tranfer across cities is not a problem ,right ? And theres no time constraint on that either ?
