CA Articleship transfer going to be banned

So that means tranfer across cities is not a problem ,right ?  And theres no time constraint on that either ?

It is true. from 1st of Sep 08, anybody taking transfer shall have to prove a very strong reason for taking transfer.

is transfer in ca articleship still continue ......or it has been banned??? Is there any additional formality to be fulfilled for transfer???

i terminated articleship after completing 18 months to prepare for pcc exams however i failed and now i dont want to resume my articleship without passing inter(pcc) is there any trouble ahead 4 me need advise dudes......
