Under Reverse Charge Mechanism, which Invoice has to be issued by The recepient ? Purchase Invoice or Sales Invoice ?
Further, will it be applicable for GTA also ?

There is no such recognised invoice as purchase invoice...
Raise a self tax invoice.

You can't issue invoice. Just you prepare as Invoice and it's your hand for Tax purpose
