We have received a legal charges bill from Bejing (China) related to legal charges. We have deducted TDS u/s. 195 on resident. Please let us know based on RCM applicable under GSt for the same or not and % of GST (if) applicable.

My view is that RCM is applicable. GST @ 18% has to be paid.
