"Job-work" under GST is "Service" and for all job-works (except Newspaper related and Textiles-related) it is 18% under residual clause of GST rates on Services

Dear Sir,
In GST reverse charge is applicable on Job Work service or not.

SERVICES UNDER REVERSE CHARGE AS APPROVED BY GST COUNCIL
Please advise Gst Rate of Job Work charges to be issue to exporter.
And as per Aggarwal sir notification link GST - 9 % its including CGST + SGST or single side.

1) So far nothing is fothcoming as far as reverse charge mechanism on Job-work Service is concerned;
2) Exporter will have to seek refund of Tax paid on JOb-work Services involved in the Exports;
3) Each State has issued separate Notification like the Centre's Notification regarding Tax on Job-work Service. Therefore, the Central Tax will be 9% and State Tax will be 9%
