I eulogize ur efforts, sir, for bringing the problems to we professinals towards the general state of economy other than finance sector,
every govt. since independance has strived for taknig measures towards bringing quotas rather than improving the main problems concerning them..........quotas are not going to help the effected people any more...............
what govt. is doing is compromising on the just removing the surface tensioin by bring policy no matter the policy is actually the real solution to the problem or not.............people instead to modernise themselves, bidding to get benifit of special treatment and why they will not.if they will given the oppourtinity to do so;..........
in this era, hardworking person is not called so because he does hard work to reach to the place of his dreams but because he is able to get the seat in the rest of the 50 % reserved for the general category which is otherwise is rigged furhter to decrease........ the 'secular' and 'socialist' two words added later in the preamble doesn't get upto the mark.......
this all amounts to dividing the society not if on the basis of caste or creed then surely on the basis of the clan u belong to and ghettoizing the community.....u can not bring a section of a society to the equal state not by bringing quotas but by creating equal participation......
not by reducing or by ambushing upon the right of hte society as a whole.......by changing the name from dalit to schedule caste/tribe u r not actually improving upon his state, but rather putting him from one ghetto to another which is equal in every respect with the former................
Pls contribute ur views in this reguard..........
