Tds Requirement is relevant is only when ANY assessee pays any amt to any person which chargeable to income Tax india & deductor is also claiming as expense in his ROI
Dividents is always exempt under section 10(34) if STT has been paid
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
