Query regarding re-registration

Hi all, I have a doubt regarding re-registration. I am a PCC student and have failed in my all 5 attempts and want to appear for 6th time. Can ny1 guide me wat is d procedure of re-registration plz??? Do i have to shift to IPCC now??

If you have completed the articleship then you would not have to re register.

Simply give the attempt of PCC in the next try.
