can invoice be issued before receipt of payment and completion of service and point of taxation will be date of issue of invoice ? plz help

okay but issue of invoice will be under rule 3 of point of taxation or like a Note in Rule 3 and it does not affect the Rule 4A as conditions for issuing the invoice are completion of service of receipt of payment whichever is earlier

ST to be paid at the time of Invoice or advance WIL. If you raised the invoice before completion of service, it is deemed that service has been completed and ST liability would be attracted.

thanks u Sir my confusion is almost clear nw bt one thing i wnt to knw we should mention it as an assumption if a question comes in an examination or it comes under some rule of point of taxation.
