Query on pas-3

A Limited company had taken share application money in the year 2009. Now the company intend to allot shares to the allottees.

Kindly advice me whether require to file MGT-14 before filling of PAS-3 form or filling of PAS-3 form will be sufficient for the purpose.

Normally MGT 14 is required to be filed for issue of shares and thereafter for allotment of shares only PAS 3 suffices.....but in your case since the share application money has already been received, you should file MGT 14 also for ensuring compliance......... However this is my view....
