query for orientation course registration

I have applied for a future batch for orientation course for which I have alloted a waitlisted number at a particular pou, now I want to know whether I will not be able to see in the batchlist at the icai login the same batch at the same pou which are open for general category and whether I will be able to register for the same if the batch is open for general category, as I am not able to find any batch for the above course at the desired pou since after getting the waitlisted number or it is just the case that the batch at desired pou might not have been released.
