Querry with regarding issue of passing pcc certificate

I cleared my pcc in may 11 attempt and also received pcc marks card from the ICAI .but on september month i received one letter from joint secretary mentioning that my photo is not correctly attached to the exam form so i have to send a attested photo with registaration number in a plain paper.Accordingly i sent that the attested copy on 1st Oct 2011to" Joint secretary (Exam),ICAI Bhawan Post Box No 7112 Indraprastha Marg New Delhi -110002,India" .but i did not received any response from the Institute and also not received PCC passing certificate from ICAI.

Please any body help me
