Purchase of immovable property in AIS

I have bought a property, but my AIS shows the following row, "Sale of immovable property" instead of "Purchase of immovable property". It is reported by sub registrar. Is this correct ?

If not, how can we rectify this? as in the feedback options there is not any way to convert this sale transaction into purchase.
