Proprietor death .. certificate received lately

respected sir...one of the proprietor was expired in may month... supporting document received in this month...i going to cancel the firm...but in June month his son taken gst registration...if any chance input balance in the father firm transfer to his son firm...if yes how to transfer...please send suggestions....
