Can anyone help as to how to prepare Project Report for Project Fianace?

Try Google...Download some sample project reports and work on it.
First of all while making a Project Report, one needs to analyse two factors:
1. Borrower's Requirement and how is he going to repay the borrowed funds i.e. is he capable enough to generate funds to the satisfaction of lender. The same can be analysed in the light of past records and future policies,
2. Lender's Parameters (say a Bank , and their acceptable financial ratios.)

One more thing ( as just noticed), if you are a businessman unaware of such technical traits, I would better advise hiring a professional for the job.
