What are the rates at which tax is to be deducted. |
Tax rate varies depending upon monthly salary/ wage of an employee. The rates of tax are- Slab(Rs.) Rate of Tax (per month)

No. Even if an employer has employed one employee, he is liable under this Act. |

go to the internet portal of relevant state you will get details correctly pls. today you have websites of every tax authority of every state make use of it, profesinal advice on such elementary things need not be taken as there are websites proptly answer and correctly pls!
