and the Professional tax was not deducted and paid to dept
and also the registration has not been done till now
what procedure has to be obtained in this f.y2010-11 for both the years 09-10 and 10-11
for the purpose of filling the returns of pt

register now and pay from current period,
for past period if they insist to make assessment then only u are liable to pay.
profession tax generally dont go back unless the case is booked of evasion.
