One of my clients has been paying profession tax (PTE-Maharashtra) since last 5-6 years.
However, recently I came to know that his son is handicapped and hence he is not liable to pay profession tax.
Can I get refund of profession tax for all these years?

As per my knowledge PTEC no refund or no carry forward.
