We had applied for surrendering our Excise registration and had paid all the dues as per our records. The Excise department had also conducted there audit and had found some due which we paid as per there finding. As per our officer in charge our surrender process would get completed once we submit our quartely return.
The problem is Now we are in a process of getting a big order for which we would require Excise registration. Is there any way by which we can stall this cancelation process? Or I need to take a fresh registration again?
