1. can the chairman of the co. declare the result of the p. ballot at the regd. office of the co. without holding board meeting for such a declaration and the next board meeting take note of the p. ballot results. ?
2. Notice of despatch of notice / p. ballot forms need to be published ? is it a must ?
3. The result of the p. ballot if not declared in a G.M. then is it required to be published?
