total no. of observations is 'n'

sum of reciprocal of elements 1/1 + 1/1/2 + 1/1/3 ....1/1/n or

1+2+3+4+....n = n(1+n)/2 ( sum of AP)

so hm is n/n(1+n)/2

which comes to 2/n+1 this is the answer option no. 2

should be correct
