no need of seprate PAN Card in case of sole proprietorship.

there is no need for PAN card in firms name if proprietor have a pan of his name already.

Dear Amulya
Prop. Firm run by a single person and totally responsilities and liabilities are only of that Proprietor.
So, no need to PAN of Firm. Only Prop PAN is needed.
