file a police FIR against him and make sure u drag him to the prison.. icai may help u but not guranteed.. even police will demand proof but u being a gal chances are 99.99% in your favour that police will lead him to sign the transfer form or bang his head....

dolly first of all be relaxed and analyse that u have so much power in your hand

anybody on earth cannot exploit u thinking u of his dad's property

as per my suggestion u should wait for the ICAI's reply 

but also u should go and file FIR against ur ridiculous FCA

if u do not do this that who knows how many gals in future will be exploited by him

i know there is a lot of problem involved in this

but when u have already decided that in any case u are not going to continue ur articleship under that b*st*rd 

then u should do this

Today's Police is so much supportive if u tell them genuinely how he misbehaved

if there are certain evidence as well then u will be much stronger

but u should do not take ur step back

and regarding ICAI if they do not reply

talk to the president of NICASA( NORTHER INDIAN CA STUDENT ASSOCIATION)

they wil help u in taking transer!!!

Dear Suresh...to pass CPT u just required conceptual knowledge, Read Modules properly make ur own points from each chapters...do more n more practice of sums in maths/stats...Improve ur comprehension power and give ur best...

I suggest to read some more reference books with modules, there are also available some softmaterial for CPT like Demo exam CD, CD's for practice objetive Que etc...

Dear Frnd its a matter of diffnt opinions....

But I m doing it for more knowledge,

I joined CS after CA PE-2 exam as i was free at that time and want to continue with study so i decided to join CS and with God grace i passed PE-2 and also passed CS executive in first attempt....
and now want to complete both...

Second, Its help in JOB sector. Its also helps in practice.
 its provide gr8 knowledge about corporate laws and other legal matters....

thanks every1 for your suggestions. I have already used the facility suggested by u. bt they just replie to send the application to the institute. I dont have any proof aganist my CA. So dont know whether i will be able to file FIR........

at least the people around can be aware that this person has been named in such a controversy

can any1 please tell me how much time institute takes generally to reply to the application for termination????

I can understand your pain.I feel you should inform your parents about this and if feasible also approach a women's organisation near your place and seek their assistance.I'm sure the Institute will be just and fair in their approach and you'll be able to get your release.You need to be patient and more importantly,not allow this to disturb your mind so much that you lose your primary focus.God Bless!
