Hey Dolly your courage is really admirable. I would like to suggest you to file a formal complaint against that swine to the President of ICAI & ask him to take action against your CA as he dont deserve to be part of such a noble & honourable profession. Also file an FIR against him so that no other has to face similar situation hereafter. Please share all this with your parents as they are the one who will be always with whatever happens. And last but not the least dont get disheartened with this situation as there is always something good in whatever bad happens to us. Dont let this situation to have a negative impact on your life. Concentrate in your studies. All the Best for your exams. I wish that you will come out with a flying colours in your exams.

Hi dolly, Balaji is right... U approach some woman organistation.. They will definately help u... Also it will be a great assistance for u in getting ur termination... Dont afraid of the society...  Make others know about him..He should be punished for his behaviour... But apart from all, dont let these problems affect ur studies... I am sure u will get the justice...

you can file an FIR without a proof... its just for your saftey... you may also write the letter to central government as well as the prime minister of India in order to get a weighted support against the opponents... REMEMBER YOU ARE A WOMAN AND YOU HAVE ALL IN YOUR FAVOUR. WHAT IS REQUIRED IS THAT YOU HAVE TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE AND TRY IT... IF YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN MOVE A MOUNTAIN... FOR U AND FOR ALL... wht i want is just justice and a slap on the face of such ridiculous persons who think dat they can do anything they want jsut because we are trainee under them....

i have mentioned everything in the letter i have send to the Icai. I dot know wht will happen , but i m left with no choice. I want the support of all you people. I have decided to live my life with self respect and not a luxurious life with disgrace.

@ Dolly. Call up ICAI branch and talk to regional head. He will help you out. Dont worry. You will surely get transfer and your attempt wont be delayed. N ya, if you have the support of your family, file an FIR or atleast contact some women rights organisation. They will help you out.

write a complaint letter to ICAI...they will take action against him,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.dnt worry

Normally ICAI will take 10 to 15 days...
