Gentlemen,
We are using Tally.ERP 9 in our company. We have a problem with the PF Admin Charges payable account. From 01.04.2015, the revisions are ;
1. PF gross amount for Admin Charges calculation....Revised to Rs 15,000 from Rs. 6,500
2. Rate for Admin Charges .. .. Revised to 1.4% from !.6 %
3. We have revised basic salaries of most employees.
Now, the system is not picking up Rs 15,000 PF gross for majority of employees. It shows Rs 210 (correct amount) for some employees only and Rs 91 (based on Rs 6,500 gross) for majority of employees.
Could somebody kindly help us to solve this problem, Thanks very much.
