Supplementary bill should be issued from same invoice book. No permission or intimation is required for issuing any supplementary invoice.

if there is any change in excise duty at the time of raising supplementary invoice , which excise duty rate is applicable.
Eg : Excise duty in January is 12% . Excise duty of March is 8%, in between that the excise duty had reduced to 10% and 8 % in the month of February and March respective. Which rate i have to pay excise duty, Either the releavant excise duty or the Chargable excise duty in the present time.
