payment receipt not recieved

I also have same Issue. Also visited bank, they said it has been debited from your account. Bank challan also shows succesfull credit to GST. GST helpline is sad, no one answers, and no response to email also. 

I made through SBI. Is everyone in this thread facing same issue, because they didi through SBI or other bank as well? 

Also i made payment after 8pm on 19th Saturday, and got a pop up that GST payment is accepted only till 8pm. Probably i am thinking it is because of this, some issue happened. Next day on Sunday money got deducted from bank, but still showing "Awaiting bank confirmation" on GST.

Experts please help?????????????????

Same problem seriously 4 days ago i did sbi inb payment but not credited my gst ledger shw awaiting bank confirmation what to do

 

Had same issue for payment made on 19th Aug night after 8 PM.  Have raised complaint with call center and mailed them the screen shots of the payment and bank confirmation....   I understand that they have thousands of such cases - feedback from the call center.

I wounder and worry what more problems I will face to file the return with 3b and later with other forms.... cannot focus on other tasks at all....

Has it been solved for anyone? What should we do. Its been 5 days now. Still showing same status. Is it happening to everyone who has made payment after 8pm in the night? Or should we go and make one more payment and cross finger that it clears, so that before due date of 25th payment is done? Post which we can continue fighting for the first payment which is awaiting. 

I have paid payment on 16th August 2017 and even after 8 days also the payment is not yet confirmed from bank.

In Challan history it is showing as BANK CONFIRMATION AWAITED. When we contacted the banker he said they had confirmed payment. Tomorrow is last date for filing GSTR3B. This is our fate. Help line always busy.

We Tried GST line Help ALSO.  They strictly said that unless they reflect in the GST Portal as paid they can not help. And asked us to contact bank people. In Bank statement it is showing debited on 18th itself,

We too are facing the same problem. Anyone tried to file return without adjusting the cash credit?

Hurrayyyyyy. Issue resolved. Got reply from GST, "Transaction of Rs. xxx on 20/08/2017 against CPIN xxxx dated 19/08/2017 has been credited to your Electronic Cash Ledger.". Problem is solved.
