i am an article in a firm, in which one of the relative of our CA (Principal), is also an article..and we all articles are faced by partiality behaviour as compared with his relative article
1.during exam times he is granted leaves upto 4-5 months and we are getting 1.5 months..
2.Our office timings are from 11 to 5..and if we come little late by 10-15 mins we are marked with red as late comers and such 3 late marks is considered as 1 leave, but his relative never comes on time i.e. he comes after 12..
3.generally for his relatives mistakes our principal scolds other articles except the main culprit..and threats us for termination of articleship
4.we are compelled to sit for long hours till 11pm in night as tax audit is going on..but his relative leaves the office by 5pm
Can anyboby tell what to do in such situation and where to complaint...
