Can somebody please tell me, if a minor applies for a PAN card, does his photo appear on the PAN card? I had recently applied for PAN card of my minor cousin and his photo was not printed on the PAN card. Rather, in place of photo, "MINOR" was printed.

in case of a minor, the pan card is issued without the photograph so u need not 2 worry.
