I want to opt for new tax regime. I am a salaried person with Foreign assets. I do not have any business income.
Questions -
1. Am I required to file form 10IE for opting in new tax regime?
2. I have opted for new tax regime inn F.Y 2020-21 but have not filed form 10IE. And it got overridden by CPC as "No" in the intimation order. What should I do now?
