I just read ICAI President's messg in a journal. I was shocked to read that only 4 students cleared CA final new course....it was 11 in Nov.,2008 exam
Just want to know if is too tough or too much change is there from CA Final old course, in which the pass percentage is 13.85%

it was not nov 2008,it is for june 2009 exams.......................
