I am facing following problems while filing online rectifcation return :
(i) Not getting MAT Credit even though the relevent schedule has already been filed correctly and further the figures are given in MAT credit column but the same is not adjusted.
(ii) Department has given figures in set off of brought farwad lossess column but the figures are not adjusted.
(iii) In ITR-6 Computation of Income from business & Profession at the end there is a schedule of income from speculation Profits / (Loss). If there is loss in business & profession & profit in speculation business then busioness loss automatically gets sef off with speculation profit but department not giving set off of the same & charging tax.
(iv) Set off a Brought farward sepculation loss with current year's speculation loss is not given by the department even though the schedule is filed correctly
The above querries are arises out of intimation received from CPC Banglore U/s. 143(1)
